I love reading the book "The Prime". My husband and I are on stage 3.
Your book has been a real I opener for me I have cut back on my migraine med and have been off the arthitis med for over 2 weeks need to work on the stress now. Best thing ever.

I just discovered you on Hallmark and immediately downloaded your book! I can't wait to put it all in to practice! Is there help for severe life threatening asthma, and nut allergies? My daughter now 23 years old, has suffered from both and nearly died from the asthma when she was 11. She is a vegetarian and very health conscious she is now wanting to find a way to get off all of her asthma medications, any suggestions? Thank you so much! I can't wait to learn more from you! The Prime is one of the most healthful books I've read recently. A must read for anyone interested in a healthy life!
