I randomly attended a meditation class at Unplug and her book grabbed my attention. Maybe I was ready or maybe it was a coincidence; but I was just tired of feeling tired, so I decided to read her book. It's been over a month since I first opened this gem. My life improved dramatically. I've always been healthy and active. But this gave active and awareness another meaning. I love my life now. I am healthy, I sleep better, focused, lost maybe 8 pounds and I love myself. Thank you Dr Kulreet.

My co-worker introduced me to “The Prime,” and we have begun reading and preparing together. I am excited to make a lifestyle change and find this approach to be the most scientifically and medically validated of any “diet” I’ve ever tried. I started taking Zoloft about 3 years ago when I experienced debilitating post-partum depression and anxiety. My ultimate goal is to not have to be on medication, but for now I need to know that all of the herbs in the program are safe to take with Zoloft. I really hope so!!
