They take the time to make me feel educated/informed about my eye care options
Very impressed, very thorough exams. he caught an abnormality with my daughters right pupil and promptly faxed orders to a neurologist. As the fax was going through, he noticed a large bump on MY eye (a stye I've been ignoring) and asked to take me back to look at it. Didn't even charge me! My family is definitely only going to him for our eye care from now on! He's the best.
I took my 7yo daughter to Dr. K upon the recommendation of a friend. We had a rough experience the year prior with another doctor and I was determined to find someone who worked well with children. I am happy to say that I was absolutely thrilled with our experience in his office. He was gentle and fun, didn't get offended that she was a bit wiggly and uncertain of the experience (it was only her second ever exam), and very personable. Dr. K really goes above and beyond to provide a thorough exam. He took the time to explain his findings and what it all meant. I appreciated his humor and very obvious care for my eye health. I also loved that there was a really large selection of frames and I was never pressured to hurry up and pick one. There was no pressure to buy more than one pair. The whole experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend him!
I have been a patient of Dr. Kosterman's for roughly about 15 years. Dr Kosterman is kind, caring, but professional and goes above and beyond for each and everyone of his patients. I absolutely refuse to go to anyone else. If you are looking for an eye doctor then look no further!
