Dr. Oswalt has been amazing from his care to his bedside manners to his aftercare. He has helped me make huge strides in getting my health together and did a wonderful job on my gallbladder surgery. I would have him as a surgeon again in a heartbeat. He even gives a number to reach him after hours if needed and never seems to be bothered by my worrisome questions. Thank you, Dr. Oswalt for giving me the tools and means to live a healthier life. I am so thankful that you did my surgery.
I was extremely disappointed in the overall quality of his care. His support staff was additionally quite rude when I asked follow up questions as if I were bothering them with my trivialities. The final straw was when they refused to see me due to a billing error on their end showing a past due balance of 37 dollars. That number is entirely accurate. When I explained the error was a mistake on their part they seemed annoyed by the information. After that I deleted their contact information.
