Great Doctor
If you have a problem with time spent in the waiting room, this isn't the physician you want. However, If you need a compassionate, professional doctor who spends a great deal of time with you and is the best at diagnosing and treating medical issues, this one is for you. She will not spend 5 minutes with you, toss a prescription at you and run out the door like lots of doctors do. I have been with her for over ten years and can't recommend her enough.
Probably one of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. And she just happens to be an excellent doctor! ? her!

DR. SHURTLEFF WAS MY DR. FOR ABOUT 10-11 YEAR'S .FROM 1998-2009. SHE KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT MY HEALTH. AND WAS SINCERELY CONCERNED. I AM GOING TO BE CALLING TO TRY TO SEE HER NOVEMBER 19TH. I HAVE MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES AS WELL AS MY RIGHT KIDNEY REMOVED MAY 2016. My name is Donya Fraley dob..12/30/1967 telephone # (615)693-6389 Thank you. I am looking forward to see her re: some new ovarian issues. Possibly cancer. My insurance is straight Medicaid due to disability. I've had 5 surgeries in 2 yrs.
My husband, sister, and I have all been seeing Dr Shurtleff for 5 yrs. She is very professional her staff is always pleasant to us and takes very good care do get the things we need done as quickly as possible. Sometimes the wait is long but she is the only doctor there and doesn't leave her patients wondering what was just said to them.
Dr. Shurtleff has been my MD for 15 years plus. Although the waiting time is awhile, she takes her time and listens to all my concerns. All of her team members in the office are AWESOME! Be patient when waiting, it is DEFINITELY worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love all of you!
