Doctor is fine, no issue with that aspect. However wait times and support staff are not very good. On a recent appointment I was there 10 minutes before my scheduled time, yet I wasn't even taken back to an exam room until it was 20 minutes after my scheduled time then didn't see the doctor for another 10 minutes. Apparently she over books or has no clue how long exams/appointments are going to take. My time if valuable and I don't like wasting it.
I've had 3 appointments with her and she has been both professional and personable. I could not be more enthusiastic or sincere in my endorsement. Timothy
Dr. Rice is extremely personable and seems to truly care about her patients. She did not present herself as rushing through the exam and she made certain all my questions were answered. She also gave solid advice regarding payment/insurance in order to ease the blow to the wallet. I will definitely return for future dermatological needs and I would encourage others to do the same.
She is professional and knows her specialty. Some doctors wince at you asking questions, she does not, she will answer concisely in a manner I understood.
Did not make a good first impression. Doctor rushed through appointment. Dismissed my medical history. I had a list of concerns, but she did not complete discussion of my list and rushed out of the room. I waited over 2-months just to get into see her. I arrived at my appointment on time with my new patient paperwork completed. My time was not respected and I waited over 35-minutes. Very disappointed by my first encounter with her. Would not recommend her.
Very serious dr. not very much personality. Too much patient load in office, inability to reschedule appointments. They don't follow up with their patients, see how things are going. Impossible to get a response quickly by phone from staff unless you get pushy. Once they finally showed they could be responsive it was only to tell us we were no longer candidates for their service. I have never experienced this poor level of customer care. Whatever you do.DON'T expect to be heard, they don't care.
She was friendly, reassuring, & professional! A difficult balance to find in today's hurry up & get the next patient in type of healthcare.
Dr Rice is a very good doctor. I would recommend her with caution as her nurses need to be more focused as in entering patient information into the system correctly as well as sending the correct rx to the pharmacy their has ordered. Multiple issues.
