While under the care of Dr. Kevin Ju MD. I was treated as a patient with pain, that even tho at a elderly age I deserved to be pain free. Dr. Ju shared all of the risks that I faced because of my age, but, took every precaution to make my surgery a success. Dr. Ju is a very skilled back surgeon that was a blessing. Thank you Dr. Ju

I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering treatment or surgery for back issues. I went in for lower back surgery with severe pain in my hip & leg. After surgery I was relived of that pain.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kevin Ju to my family and closest friends. My back pain caused by a double herniated L5 disc was extremely painful. I couldn't sit down. The pain took my normal life hostage. I couldn't walk without a cane and lost over 30 pounds due to inactivity. Dr. Ju quickly found exactly what my problem was and acted very quickly to schedule my surgery which was a complete success. His surgical skill as well as his attention to detail and bedside manner were all outstanding.

When I first saw Dr. Ju, I was walking with a cane because of pinched nerves in my lower back. Dr. Ju performed surgery to decompress the discs that were pressing on my nerves and remove bone spurs so that my nerves could do their job. I could feel the muscles in my leg getting stronger within a couple of days after the surgery and walking was pain free. After six weeks, I am assuming normal activities. Without Dr. Ju's actions, my normal activity would have been only a memory. Now I can live

Several month ago I started having pain in my back and my legs were numb. After trying a variety of things, I was referred to Dr. Ju. He started immediately trying to find the cause of my pain and recommended surgery after a thorough exam, including a complete physical and mental health exam. The morning after surgery, at least 50 % of the numbness was gone and the pain was greatly decreased. It has been 3,5 months since surgery and I have returned to normal activity. Dr. Ju is outstanding!

I found Dr. Ju very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the surgery, risks, post-op expectations etc. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were fully answered. The surgery was very successful, exceeding my expectations. Post-op pain was very manageable. Dr Ju was very responsive on my follow up appointments. Wait times at his Rockwall office were reasonable.

I met with other doctors before pursuing back surgery. While they were all skilled, I was never comfortable with them, their confidence, their kindness and their care of me as the patient, until meeting with Dr. Ju. He was patient with my questions. He worked me into his schedule quicker than expected. He was even kind of my kids in the exam room. The surgery went perfect, and recovery was better than anticipated. I have already recommended him to several friends.

Dr Duffy did not explain anything except I might have a problem and asked how many children I've had . He wouldn't prescribe anything for pain but referred me to pain .management. my problem cannot be corrected with surgery therefore he gets no money, he could care less what I'm going through. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ju performed surgery for my herniated disc. The procedure was successful and my recovery was quick. Dr. Ju followed my progress closely and I am very favorably impressed.
