Evan and Colin came to diagnose and repair a leak in the bathroom. They were both professional, highly knowledgeable, and great to work with. They found the problem quickly and fixed it. They even made recommendations to prevent any issues in the future! Incredible service from them at Thompson Plumbing, super happy!
It doesn’t get any better. This team is always there for me, looking to save me money and always doing a great job. I used to do a a lot of stuff myself, but I’m so glad I can trust Thompson to come in and take care of everything when I’m not around, or just don’t want to. I always feel like a super valued customer every time I speak with them. Great family business.
These guys were Awesome and I recommend them 100% — gratefully! Why? They were: 1) RESPONSIVE. When I called them we were in a tight spot and they sent their estimator to us the very next day. 2) PATIENT. Their estimator spent time explaining what he saw, how to fix it (the whole system!) and why. Friendly, fast, efficient and fair....these guys are great! I live in Maine and the water heater at a home I own in Medford sprung a leak. I called them way before business hours, left a message and Joe called me 2 minutes later. They reached out to my tenant to set up a time to do the work, which they were able to do it within hours of my call. The tech, Kyle was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient.
