At 3:30 pm yesterday I discovered I had no hot water and that my hot water tank was leaking. I immediately called and spoke with Joey. He was great and said hopefully someone could replace it the next day. (today). This morning at 9am Scott and Evan arrived. They were wonderful! Both were professional and knowledgeable. I am very grateful that Thompson Plumbing was able to resolve this so quickly! I have been using them for many years and would never consider going to another plumber. Thank you to Joey, Evan and Scott!
Had a major water leak from my water heater in the evening. Evan came out the next morning to inspect the water heater and also offered replacement of furnace as it was 40 years old. He was not pushy but merely indicated replacing the furnace with the water heater may be a smart move considering the age. They also provided a discount for replacing both at the same time. Well, we needed them. 1st time: They came, conquered and took my check. It was a bit more$$ than I wished but we needed them...immediately. all know this kind of story. Would I recommend them? Sure, competency is obvious. Does one have the luxury of time for plumbing services? 99.6% of the time, no! 2nd time: gas heating unit issue in deep winter. They've got my biz, bottomline!
Woke up to no heat. This company scheduled someone within the HOUR. He showed up on time and was terrific! This is the only company that we will use moving forward!
