Horrible bed side manner. Invalidated my pain and told me that does not hurt.

Dr. Nadel reattached my bicep to my forearm after a transmission removal mishap with my car. He and his staff at both the West Hills and Tarzana location are stellar! He phoned me twice the during the weekend after surgery, patiently answers all questions, and is, as I observed, is absolutely revered by his staff,-a rare and impressive sight. I'll never go anywhere else for future post injury rebuilds. Mark Hausknecht
Office administration is HORRIBLE. Phone # causes one to go through a list of 10 Drs before connecting, then routes you to answering machine to leave message and no one ever calls back.
What a waste of time. First visit. 2 minutes and sent me to pain management. They tried everything and sent me back to him. 1 minute. Didn’t even review my recent mri and X-ray and sent me to another Dr in same office. What exactly does Dr Nadel do. I fell a year ago and switching to PPO so I can find doctors who actually do something. Besides this office is the worst run I’ve ever been to.
My 12 year old daughter had surgery with Dr. Bachner he did an amazing job. We are thankful he has magic hands. Thank you Dr. Bachner.

This is not about Dr. Bachner, but about his office, particularly the medical assistant who fills prescriptions. This assistant is inefficient at best and rude on top of that. I went to the office to personally request the refill yesterday, after waiting a week for them to send the permission to the pharmacy. The office sent this assistant a message. This morning when she arrived she called back saying that since my last appointment with Dr. Bachner was 6 months ago she can't fill the refill request. I explained that Dr. Bac... read more
