I haven’t stopped telling everyone I know how wonderful Dr. Akey is. Well worth the two hour twenty minute round trip to see such a caring doctor.

Dr. Akey takes a holistic approach to caring for children, and even extends that to parents as well. Our office visit last week was SO refreshing, and my youngest two kids actually cried b/c they DIDN’T want to leave! lol He is so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. We will be going back, and I hope and pray he stays in practice for the next 16 years so we never have to switch pediatricians again.
Doctor Akey is the absolute best! He treats his patients and their parents with the utmost respect and love. You never doubt that he knows what he's talking about and he always has the time and patience to answer questions and explain things. My 7 year old loved him when he was in CA. it's hard to find a new doctor that even comes close. Thank you, Doctor Akey!
Dr. Akey is the most caring and compassionate pediatricians I have ever met! He takes his time during appointments and even checks in on the wellbeing of the child after the appointment. And his team is just the nicest as well. We are so blessed and appreciative to have him in our community.
Today was our first visit to see Dr. Akey. First, the office is stunning, and very welcoming. The staff and front desk team are super friendly and polite. I was given an office tour, which I loved. They have a natural way of making you feel like family. My 7 year old daughter loved Dr. Akey. My daughter hardly speaks to people she doesn’t know, but spoke freely to Dr. Akey as she felt very comfortable, quickly. We loved everything about this office and would recommend this to families who appreciate quality healthcare.
