Dr Kernen has been my urologist for several years, and performed the Urolift procedure nearly 2-years ago. total care and results have been excellent !
I've never had to wait longer than 15 mins. He's always upbeat and friendly. And he never rushes out the door without answering my questions. I just hope he doesn't move away!
Dr. Kernen is the best ! I went to him after a botched attempt by another Dr. to remove my bladder cancer left me maimed and did not remove the cancer completely. Dr. Kernen came highly recommended by a lifelong friend who had prostate cancer successfully removed by him. Dr. Kernen is what I picture an ideal Dr. as being , caring, compassionate and a damn good doctor !
Dr. Kernen was highly recommended. One person said he saved her father's life. I believe he has saved my husband's life since he diagnosed his stage IV prostate cancer in 2015. He expertly performed the biopsy in his office to determine the score & started with hormone therapy (worked great for 2.5 yrs). Then he felt Immunotherapy would help, then oral chemo, which is working well. His manner, efficiency, responsiveness & concern are stellar. Very experienced w. prostate cancer. The best!

Excellent MD. Have been under his care since 2006. Knows me as a person when he walks in the examining room. Is on top of my medical history and takes the time to find out if anything new is going on. His office staff in Troy, Mi is top notch.
Dr Kenneth Kernen is an exceptional doctor! He treats me for prostrate screening due to a family history of cancer. I always feel I am getting the highest quality of care during my visits and he is completely focused on my health. He also has a very pleasant disposition. I highly recommend Dr Kernen for those in need of a urologist.

Dr. Kernen is very informative, he is direct with his information and completely explaines all the possible procedure's and options. He doesn't rush thru him exams and allows the patient enough time to ask or understand issues. Very easy to talk to with calming manner
