Dr. Glass asked a Dental Assistant if one of my implants (from a different Dental office) looked like it was bonded to the wisdom tooth. The Dental Assistant "wasn't sure." So he must have guessed and decided that it was...it was not. So not only was the infected wisdom tooth and the 3 teeth implants pulled...or should I drilled out. I'm disgusted with myself for not being more diligent. I couldn't give no stars because it wasn't allowed. I most definitely would have given NO stars.
Horrible billing that practices predatory tactics to pay for services They will mail out false fund availability from insurance, have you conforable to do the procedure then inform you that you insurance has no funds They will state there is no way to know what insurance will cover but why has this only happen at this office They did it twice and verbally stated that the visit was covered and then ask for money I complained about their shady practices and they stated they would credit me back what they charged me but It neve... read more
