Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this chiropractor offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to further your recovery? No, I've never been given any advice! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Not really Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? No, they didn't explain it at all

Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people.
