My twins having been patients of Dr Singh's for 14 years. They are now 15 and it makes my heart skip a beat to think of having to find a new Doctor that will take care of my children anywhere close to how Dr. Singh and her staff take care of them now. Doctor was supposed to be in at 7 for appointment was not in until after 830 called ahead staff said they would call back. Took all day to call back. (Until 3pm) I called at 9am was told doctor was not accepting any new patients but I had been a patient for over six months. After no communication with them I was told that she didn’t know I was a patient. Doctor has poor staff. They are not competent.
Dr. Hugger has been my children's pediatrician since birth and I love her. She's calm, confident, and easy to talk to. Sometimes it's very hard to get an appointment though. Her partner, Dr. Singh, is not my favorite person and when Dr. Hugger's full, they always attempt to schedule my kids with her. The wait time is pretty long in this office. Even if you have a routine appointment, be ready to wait. Once she does finally see your child, she'll spend adequate time with you and your children.
