I have to agree with the former comment. We were told our insurance covered the things they recommended. I paid my share straight up front and now I am getting a bill months later for things NOT covered. They told me I should have checked with my insurance myself. How does one go about doing that without the codes and procedures? Shame on me for not doing their job. I will definitely be more vigilant in their future thanks to them. Everyone is super nice and made me feel really comfortable. I really love this place. Dr. Chou saved me from having a root canal and ended up only needing to do a crown. They gave me a quote before they started and I felt like even through they weren't necessarily cheep sometimes you get what you pay for.I feel like I found my forever dentist :-)
I have needed a lot of dental work over the last few years and I am so grateful I found the Smuddes! Everyone in their office is so warm and friendly and have put my dental anxiety at ease. I can’t recommend them enough!
