RecommendedDr. Cho is phenomenal very professional great chair side manner and his work is so meticulous and he is very handsome, his assistant Lisa made me feel so welcome, she treats you like family and give you the whole genuine customer experience and loving care she had already educated me about everything that was going to be done. I came for tooth ache and Dr. Cho took care of it, Tammy was helpful at the front explaining insurance coverage and billing, Victoria and Madison sos a great job helping me through my visit. I will recommend this place to anyone.
They are a great dentist - I have been going to Dr Smudde for at least 8 -10 yrs now, however I did have the same situation as mentioned by others of being told insurance covered “X” amount and I paid the difference right then only to receive a bill in the mail. However when I called the accounting dept and explained what happened they apologized and took care of the bill. I will continue going and recommend them!
Couldn’t have had a better day experience. From the start of me checking in for my appointment to the very end. Thank you Dr. Ryan!
