I deeply regret trusting Dr. Bumpus with surgery on my left big toe. I asked her to perform the same procedure that had already been done successfully on my right foot by an orthopedic surgeon. My right foot is excellent. My left foot is now deformed. This review is extremely late because I wasn’t sure of my experience with Dr Bumpus. Initially, she was really nice and just a really cool person. My x-rays showed I had a small chipped bone on the inside of my left foot at the arch area. She suggested I buy a boot from the office that day. The boot was more than $400 out of pocket. I felt then it was very extreme, but I wanted to trust her because she was a professional. Dr Bumpus is very caring and will save you from amputation if she can. I have had 4 surgeries by her and each time she was up front and forward with her opinion of needs to be done. I would give her 10 if that was an option
