I deeply regret trusting Dr. Bumpus with surgery on my left big toe. I asked her to perform the same procedure that had already been done successfully on my right foot by an orthopedic surgeon. My right foot is excellent. My left foot is now deformed. Dr. Bumpus assured me she knew best and proceeded to fuse my big toe in what she described as “perfect alignment.” In reality, the toe was fused angled away from my other toes, creating a permanent mismatch between my feet.
