I went to my first visit at Dr Winkel DDS office. As most I am not a fan of going to the dentist. As I entered the office I was greeted by the office girl. She was very friendly. As I took a seat in the waiting room I scanned the room and notice a very clean and inviting area. It was my turn to go back and the nerves were kicking in. I really appreciated Kaylee's teeth cleaning procedure. She was gentle yet thorough and had a very pleasant personality answering all my questions. Dr. Winkle was also professional and thorough with her follow up. Thank you.
Dr Winkle and her staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. They do everything they can to make you have a comfortable experience. From the massage chairs to a blanket if you are cold, a trip to the dentist becomes a pleasant experience.
Staff was attentive and caring. My dental needs were attended to in a prompt and comfortable manner.
Today I got my tooth fixed with Dr Winkel, the staff are really nice, the dentist is wonderful, explains everything as she does it, the office is so nice and clean and bright. Totally recommend this dentist.
Hygienist explained all she was going to do and was gentle putting the chair in a lower position . Helped with my dizziness!
