The staff at Dr. Winkle’s office were great! They are caring and friendly. Cindy and Amy were so good at being gentle and kind. Alyssa, the office professional, was also friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but these ladies made it more than endurable.
No problems after receiving the crown.
Moved to Midland in 2019 and was driving back to Toledo for dental appointments. My dentist retired so I searched for a dentist in Midland. My dentist said to ask a local endodontists for a referral. Low and behold three endodontists recommended Dr. Kathryn Winkel. I have been twice for cleanings with both Jessica and Kaylee. Great work! Very pleased with with high degree of cleanliness.
Dr. Winkel and her staff do a great job of helping me and my wife maintain good dental heal. They are very caring, competent, considerate and friendly.
I have been to many dentists and dental offices. Dr. Kathryn Winkel is the best. She took care of my emergency even though I was not her patient. Our former dentist retired and assigned our records to another dentist. Then my dear husband died of COVID & one of my front teeth broke off just before the Zoom Memorial. Dr. Winkel took me in and fixed it so beautifully. That was in May of this year so the repair has withstood the past 7 mos. Everyone there was totally awesome. Very professional and prompt.
My experience was excellent from my dental hygienist to the girls in the office. I even got a call at home from one of the girls in the office, I think her name was Ashley or Angela explaining how my insurance supplement works.
Jessica did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is competent, efficient, cheerful and friendly.
