Very professional & courteous, while also transparent about expectations as a new patient. Upon short notice, Dr Winkel & her staff were able to schedule me for bridge work, while also guiding me to the best means to pay for the services via the alternatives of Direct Pay vs Dental Dental insurance. Also good transparency in confirming a broken/loose legacy bridge and the risks involved (dependent upon what was to be found).
Clean, secure, and friendly. The facility is very modern, staff are nice, and wait times have been very brief. All procedures are performed expediently and with great care to minimize discomfort. They're taking the pain out of dentistry.
Although my grandson isn't fond of cleanings, I was very happy with the staff and how they reminded Dakota the importance of tooth care. Grandma and I have told Dakota continually about brushing, flossing and floride rinse. Thanks to your staff I believe he now understands. Thank you again, Grandma and Grandpa Jacobs

As usual, my visit with the staff was excellent. They supplied me with a pre-medication I needed. The hygienist worked efficiently and thoroughly. She noticed a problem with one tooth and told Dr. Winkel about it. The doctor checked it out and put it on watch.
My Crown came loose they seen me the same day to glue it back on. Thank you!
