Dr. White is pleasant and competent but the routine 1 hour wait time is inexcusable.
The best! I never feel rushed. She takes her time answering any and all questions thoroughly. She is very gentle with any procedures she performs and you get the feeling that she really cares about her patients. My daughter had a procedure done and the staff and Dr. White went above and beyond to reassure and calm her. Highly recommended.
Being a transplant from the Midwest, it took some time to find a provider I could trust. Dr. White was worth the wait. She explains things very clearly and takes time to answer any questions I have. I don't mind the 45 minute drive for a great doctor.
Since childhood I had problems with severe dryness and fissuring in the hands and feet. I have had a multitude of providers that have given steroids, tars, and never with a reasonable understanding of what the problem was. By 3 weeks after my visit with Dr White, I no longer need to be embarrassed to touch. I no have pain standing or running. As a physician assistant, 48 years of age, I am appreciative for her life changing work.
Rude staff and you have to wait forever to get an appointment.
I was kept waiting for over an hour past my appt. time. When the dr finally appeared in the examination room, no apologies were offered for the delay and the visit felt rushed. We patients may not be doctors, but our time is valuable too. I missed an unplanned extra hour of work due to the doctor's tardiness and of course paying the high co-pay only added insult to injury. I understand sometimes delays can't be helped, but a simple apology would have gone a long way. Very negative experience.
I was left in the exam room for an hour. Finally had to go out in a johnny to the waiting room to see why the doctor hadn't been in yet. Oops they forgot about me ??? I asked for my copay back for the bad experience but they said they couldn't do that or anything else to make it up to me. I'm not the only one who has stopped seeing the doctor for various reasons.
