Dr. White was able to quickly and correctly diagnose a condition that other dermatologists completely missed despite my symptoms. She is warm and answers all questions, and explains things well. The waits used to be long but for the past few years I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes.
Dr. White is extremely thorough, takes the time to answer all of my questions and uses all of the latest technologies for skin cancer detection and scar treatments.
I called to get an appointment for a very painful and itchy rash. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. She assumed I was a new patient. I told her I had seen Dr. White several times in the past. She informed me it had been over three years so I was considered a new patient and they were booking in January for new patients. Dr. White is a good competent doctor and very nice. I have seen her for years and like her a lot. Her receptionists are not always helpful. One in particular was rude, spoke over me and would not listen to my scheduling concerns. In fact, she hung up on me to which I was appalled.
I had ulthaperapy of the neck. I was told I would see results within 6 month. There was no change. It’s been over a year. Before and after pictures were taken and it actually looked worse! I was offered no repeat of service or alternate treatment. No resolution or even an explanation as to why it looked worse. Was told someone would call me back. Never happened. I didn’t even get an appointment because of the rudeness of the staff on the phone.
Long wait time for appointment (by the time I got in, the rash was gone). Office staff was just short of rude. Didn't learn anything, despite questions. When she offered to remove one skin tag, I didn't realize she was capitalizing on my visit -- I later learned from insurance company, she could have removed many more 'for the same price/visit'.
Love everything about her practice - from the welcoming staff to her assistants. Dr. White is thorough, professional, warm, and unbelievably knowledgable. Whether she is freezing actinic keratoses from my face or doing a close examination of my overall skin, she takes the time to make sure that I am relaxed and know what's going on.
She is awesome. I never have to wait more than 10 mins. She is very good at what she does. I feel safe with her!
