Didn’t even want to give this place a 1 star review but it’s not an option to leave feedback with no stars ... Front desk is horrible, terrible attitude . They are all so rude. The “Doctor” Karen Mackler wasn’t any better, she didn’t examine my face , then when I asked her to examine my skin, she didn’t use gloves and she didn’t ask me anything about my routine. Receptionists are the rudest people on the planet.
Dr.Mackler's bedside manner are the worst!!!
Won’t come back here again. Maybe if they hire new receptionist because I could care less for one of them. Her attitude should be left at home. I called for a simple thing and instead of her listening to me she rather talk over me insisting she knows everything.
It’s quite concerning when a doctors office that’s supposed to keep you in good health cares so little about you. Several times I have needed prescriptions filled and several times they have denied me. Not to mention, the staff on the phones are the most rude, dismissive and belittling people I’ve talked to at a doctors office. If you like being talked down to, made to feel bad and not cared for, come here. Absolutely terrible.
