Waited for 2 hours before we saw her. I did not feel that she spent long enough evaluating my child before giving a diagnosis. Then offered no explanation or treatment plan but instead simply asked if we had any questions. Will be going elsewhere for a second opinion.
This is the worst office I have ever been to! They are not polite & when it comes to paperwork being filled out it takes months! It seems like they do not care about my special needs child at all! If there was another doctor in Augusta I would switch to another doctor! Unfortunately for us there isn't!
Dr. Carter was compassionate and very informed. She took her time to address my concerns and didnt try a one size fits all approach. I am happy to have found her!
