Dr. Kaufman has been excellent and found the root cause of my histamine/mast cell issues and is prescribing a medication that is likely to really help when previous drs have been dismissive or had no idea what to do or say about why I can’t consume anything without reacting negatively but don’t have any specific allergies. Competent and compassionate personnel from the Medical Assistants (MA) and billing to my physician Dr. Kaufman. In over 10 years, the services for my family have ranged from the typical allergy shot regimen to complex care for rarer and more complicated immunological maladies. When Dr. K told us our family member required additional specialists to address their broader medical needs, I thought it spoke highly of her commitment to patient care.
Do i reccomend Dr. Kaufman? 110% yes! Is her staff kind, pleasant and welcoming? Absolutely! I have been suffering for 9 years with unknown stomach problems, severe pain and swelling, and what was thought to be ibs, food allergies, and drinking water allergies that no other doctors could figure out.
