I have complex medical issues, POTS, EDS and MCAS, and Dr Kaufman is a valuable part of my medical team. She listens, explains things clearly, and helps to provide thorough and coordinated care. Beyond that, she is so kind and genuine with her patients! Highly recommend!
We have been with Dr. Kaufman for many years. She is great and 5 star. However today, we are leaving for two reasons: First, a policy to charge customers $75 penalty if they must reschedule less than 48 hours before appt REGARDLESS of reason. Does not matter if ANYTHING happens even if beyond your control. We erroneously assumed this penalty was subjective on a case by case basis. It is not. Dr Kaufman never makes you feel rushed. She listens and offers her extensive knowledge. I wish more Drs stayed as current and relevant when practicing medicine.
Dr. Kaufman listens to you reviews your case and has her assistant there to help order test and take notes about session She has discovered a few things that have helped my rare condition and her office staff are also very friendly, helpful, and their offices are very clean.
Wonderful doctor! Incredibly patient and thorough.
