Attentive, caring, excellent at explaining complex medical issues.
Dr. Kaufman and her entire team are wonderful! Together they take care of getting authorizations for specialty home infusion meds, organizing shipments, making it so easy breezy for their patients. Dr. Kaufman really takes her time in appointments, is so thorough, explains, listens and makes sure you are comfortable with next steps. Great experience all around!
I confirmed my insurance with them twice. I uploaded my insurance card. I came from New Jersey to see this Dr. Her staff is terrible! They told me they take my insurance twice!! 5 hour drive to get here and now they decide to tell me they don’t take my insurance. A waste of time. 5 hours one way. 10 hours of driving for nothing!!!
Great caring doctor who took her time to explain everything.staff was great and taken before appointment time. Highly recommend
