I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes
