All visit were good and very informative
When hernia first presented and my PCP referred me for this appointment, I had an appointment the very next day. His nurse practitioner was very thorough and office staff including nicki that set the surgery up was very informative and made me feel comfortable as this was not expected and actually ruined my vacay plans. Not knowing a surgeon and needing one quickly, i felt like I was in good hands and I would choose him again.
I entered the office believing one thing and left knowing the actual reason for my visit. I believed I had one malady and left knowing the real malady. He listened patiently to my self diagnosis and explained tactfully in non medical terms the actual physiological reason for what is wrong. All options to remedy were explained, including no remedy. All of that said, he seems to genuinely be a very nice guy.
Takes time to talk with patients. Office staff is the best also..
The doctor and staff were all great.
I will recommend Dr Brakta to others. Was very happy with him.
