The nurses were very kind. Except for one named that was the first person we met. She was rude. Been waiting a long time to get in. Dr. Brakta made the briefest show of an appearance. Doesn’t seem like he is invested in his patients at all.
The staff was very professional and personable Very thorough and listened to our concerns

The best staff and Dr. hands down. Everyone was so nice and compassionate from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend 10 out of 10
Dr. Bratka appeared very concerned & caring at my first pre-surgical appointment. That was the very last time those attributes were present. He made assumptions about my other medical issues, including a drug allergy, & he prescribed the medication even though it was reported in my medical record. He didn’t listen, was dismissive & careless. I will NEVER suggest his services to anyone.
Pre-op visit was friendly & informative.
Initial visit was very informative and a pleasant experience. Everyone involved with his practice is very professional and courteous. I was SO thankful to have found someone that finally listened to what my symptoms were and had the answer on how to correct it. The surgery went well and he and his staff checked on me multiple times after surgery and before discharge. My family and I would highly recommend Dr. Brakta.
Dr Brakta and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Always have been friendly and compassionate. Surgery was successful and I am 1 year post op and feel great after weight loss surgery.
