I had a appointment on April 26th 22 with Dr. Bhakta,, and met with his surgeonal nurse and later with Dr. Bhaktas, PA Toups. Who was a very Professional young lady. She went though the whole surgeonal process as if she was doing the surgery herself. She needs to think about becoming a medical doctor she would be tops Dr. Bhakta, was OUTSTANDING with his examination and the procedure. The surgeonal procedure took place on 4 may 22. Dr. Brakta and his staff was very nice, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and made me feel very comfortable about my health issue. Each took their time with me and calmed all of my fears about my impending surgery. I had another surgical consultation and I feel I’m in the right hands, with Dr. Brakta, for my surgical need. I thank them for taking the time to explain the procedure, why I need it and especially for calming my fears.
I don’t see any sense of urgency my wife’s toes are almost dead and I called today to let drbrakta know one toe had detached and oozing a yellowish substance and was told to come in and see dr tomorrow after 1:00. I’m no doctor but even I know that given these kinda problems she could get a blood clot or even worse then that this infection could move . Like I stated no sense of urgency for my wife
Super nice and caring. He knows what he is doing.
Professional, great bedside manner. He took time to listen. He explained what procedures I needed and gave me respect as a patient. He does not have a God like deposition. He was humble and sincere. I am blessed to be under his care.
