Everything great, all doctors, all nurses, all staff....just one annoying young man that speaks into people's conversation when no one is talking to him, and appears to walk around fast like he's working but gives off the impression like he's not.
I have to give Dr. Kai Mcgreevy 5 Stars because I went there to ensure my circulation and nerves were good to have a procedure done. 1st Appointment was amazing from the minute I walked in I was greeted by such lovely people.my vitals were taken and the young man was very sweet and courteous. I seen Kai and he spent a great deal of time with me. Testing was done in office by amazing staff, very knowledgeable, and explain each step. Doesn't listen nor did an examination ,just wanted to poke me full of steroids. Avoid at all cost.
I started going here for pain management for Shingles which turned into PHN. The first visit was decent. Nice Doctor, put me on medication my PCP didn't and for a bit all was good. Next visit met second Dr. "Not sure why he put you on that....let's try the sister drug." Again no issues. Third, fourth, fifth visit longer in waiting room than to talk to the Dr. Literally 2 minutes. "Let's stay the course." OK fine. It's not getting better but not worse. Much improved front office. Kia and Ryan are a great team. Backs are tuff issues and Dr. McGreevy has help me out over the last few years. I am still moving without drugs.
