It is not known if the child of the parent was upset was truly a patient of Dr Jain's and/or if they saw her versus her PA/physician. I have never seen her touch a child outside the requirements to conduct an exam. With that being said there are somethings that need to be explained. If you have other options to take your children to other pediatric specialist -please take them ! Otherwise you will face unprofessional lady jain jyoti and her office stuff..they all together so unprofessional , rude, disgrace and etc. And the waiting area so dirty and stinks .. Run from that place and don't turn back !!
This really is a bad pediatrician... I called to see if I could bring my son in because he was breathing funny. The receptionist told me to hold while she spoke with the pediatrician but never came back to the phone and never called back . She then called me 2 days later asking how my son was this was an awful experience!,,,,
Dr. Jain has been my grandson doctor for several years. She is always caring and concerned about his health, and how he is in general. I would recommend her to any parent for their child.
THIS DOCTOR DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! This is the worst pediatrician i have ever been to she is rude and her office is absolutely disgusting!! the first time i went to her office it was really really hot they had no a/c the waiting area was nasty it was so dirty it looked like they hadn't mopped in months the toys that were there (the few) were sticky and gross!!
