Dr Julie is great. She walks you through every step and made sure that I understood. She made sure I understood the seriousness of my situation and answered every question. Though very busy, she did not rush through the appointment.
My experience with Dr. Iwasaki was extremely disappointing. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and the level of care came across as indifferent and unprofessional. I would not recommend her at all.
Very bad service.. I have been trying to call to make an appointment but no one picks up the phone or returns the calls after leaving several msgs.. initial experience is soo frustrating and disappointing.. now thinking if I should still try to get appointment or look for another doctor.

Office is very slow to return calls. And even with a call to the office they rarely follow through with anything promised like receipts, orders etc. I almost always have to call a minimum of 3 times. Doctor is great but the staff makes it an uphill battle to follow through with anything.
