Their phone is always off, and short staffed. I can never get a hold of anyone. i hope that changes soon
Simply excellent. It starts with Dr Iwasaki’s approach—she listens well and asks important follow ups to clarify understanding. She clearly knows the medicine well and has a problem solving mentality. She cares about the bigger picture. Her practice is also well organized and communicative. She has good products you can buy with an HSA account. Highly recommend!
