Very bad service.. I have been trying to call to make an appointment but no one picks up the phone or returns the calls after leaving several msgs.. initial experience is soo frustrating and disappointing.. now thinking if I should still try to get appointment or look for another doctor.

Office is very slow to return calls. And even with a call to the office they rarely follow through with anything promised like receipts, orders etc. I almost always have to call a minimum of 3 times. Doctor is great but the staff makes it an uphill battle to follow through with anything.
My dermatologist is exceptional. She takes the time to truly listen, shows genuine care, and has excellent bedside manners that make every visit comfortable and reassuring. I feel very confident in her care and highly recommend her.
The office is impossible to reach. I called over 20 times to get results for a procedure, and when I finally got through the "person who gives results" wasn't in. They did make sure to bill me before providing any results. The doctor is adequate but not great, and definitely not worth the frustration of getting through their phone line.
