I waited 3 months for an appointment, and when the day finally came, they were running an hour behind on appointment times. I got a total of 3 minutes with the Dr. She would only listen to one of my concerns, even though there were multiple things I wanted to discuss.
Dr Julie is great. She walks you through every step and made sure that I understood. She made sure I understood the seriousness of my situation and answered every question. Though very busy, she did not rush through the appointment.
My experience with Dr. Iwasaki was extremely disappointing. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and the level of care came across as indifferent and unprofessional. I would not recommend her at all.
Very bad service.. I have been trying to call to make an appointment but no one picks up the phone or returns the calls after leaving several msgs.. initial experience is soo frustrating and disappointing.. now thinking if I should still try to get appointment or look for another doctor.
