After having my hip surgery in bay county florida i had to have peacemaker coming to a HCA Florida west thanks too Ammoy,shannon miranda,Chloe and others on the 4th floor i always felt like welcomed. And felt like I was at home. Terrific staff personal imperfectional and care was excellent.Don't change a thing.
My experience at Bayonet Point Hospital was deeply troubling and, at times, unsafe. From arrival through post-surgery care, there were repeated failures in communication, attentiveness, and basic patient care. Upon arrival, the woman who checked me in told me to “just go to triage” and did not show me where to go. In the ER, after receiving medication about 10 minutes after arrival, the nurse never returned to my room. Yesterday 01/17/26, I have a bad experience with doctor Houri. Pamela K. I spent 2 hours, they did blood work twice, almost every parameter was out of range. I had a chest pain, and a headache. She appears after two hours, and she discharged me without any meds. When I was living the facility, I tried to speak with her, and she put the headphones, and star to see the computer, she ignored me. Do you want to be treated like this type of doctors? I was in this hospital last Sunday 01/10/26 to 01/12/26 . This experience was one the best care I have received being in the hospital . My journey started at St. Davids South but due to over Cowardins conditions they immediately transferred me to St. Davids at 32nd St. which turned out to be an exceptional experience! at both hospitals was a pleasant and well experienced staff that made my visit very reassurance that I was in very qualified hands . Taken there by ambulance after a auto accident. They xrayed me left me in the bay for a few hours. A nurse came in. Handed me a envelope, told me there were prescriptions in the envelope and I was good to go. No explanation of the prescriptions or my injury’s. Bill was in excess of $70,000.00. If given a choice I would not go to this ER.
I was treated by a dr SUJAY KAMISETTY and he lied to my face and I had to file a complaint with the florida state board against him202559118.
Time spent in Urgent care at HCA Clearwater was fine. Facility was close to my home and had been there once before. My brother 80 years old with dementia was seen promptly . 4 days later I called facility to get results of urine culture and was told I had to download app which I did. I ran into difficulty and was locked out. I have been on myhealthone support line on HOLD for 25 minutes. No way is this good medical service. I was at Hendersonville Hospital and had a Pacemaker installed. It went very well and this was 2 weeks before i moved to another state. I was sent a bill from this hospital and I paid a small amount since I was sent a bill. I expected another bill so that I could pay what I owed after Medicare was charged a certain amount. The stupid billing and dumb administation depatment was so incompatent that they never sent me another bill even knowing my new address in another state.
