Dr Jones is Amazing in every way! He spent so much time explaining my injury and what needed to be done. He is kind, understanding, patient, and a great Surgeon.

Dr. Jones is excellent. At this appointment, he took the time to understand the issues I was still having with my hand after the fracture to a finger. He then took steps to help the situation. I highly recommend Dr. Jones for any hand injuries.

Sucks. Worst dr i have ever saw in my life. Dont know a broken bone when it is so obvious my bone is sticking out of my wrist. Two xrays from two different hospitals show its broke and dr jones and his buddy Frank say it is healed. Alls i get from dr jones snd buddy Frank is therapy therapy therapy. Therapy is not going to help already did it and it made it 100 percent worse. Would not recommend if he was last dr on earth

I highly recommend Dr Jones - 5 star rating !!!!!! Recently my son with Autism needed to have a Ganglion Cyst removed and Dr Jones was AWESOME with my son from start to finish , Dr Jones took his time with my son which helped not only my son but for myself as well Dr Jones explained everything clearly which helped with the recovery and EVERYTHING went so smoothly. A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr Jones and Staff !!!! Joanne K- Buffalo NY

Dr. Jones operated on my hand to remove a lump; he has a great bedside manner and did an excellent job with the surgery. I couldn't have asked for better care. The office staff is very nice but not that great at providing pre-op instructions. Their clerical skills could use some work.

I gave Dr. Jones a 5 star rating because he took the time to listen to all my concerns. He made me feel that what I thought was important. He was very informative. He took the time to explain all that I could expect. My surgical procedure went very well and I healed quickly without any complications. After surgery he came to recovery to talk with me. I called the office with a minor question about changing my bandage and he took the time to call me himself. He also took my stitches out himself.

Showed the issues on the xray then sat silently It was slightly awkward. When I interpreted the silence as there weren't treatment options he said Well I wouldn't do surgery on someone who was here for their first visit! What? Who said anything about surgery? I felt like he didn't comp my situation or believe me. Gave me a trial pkg of medication without verbal or written instructions. At home, the printed directions stated not to be used on the body part he gave me to use it on.

Dr. Jones spent time explaining and answering all of my questions. He inspired trust. I really felt comfortable letting him operate on me, my very first surgery. I was very scared until he spent time with me. I'm so glad he was my surgeon. I think the secretaries in the front office could be nicer, they are usually pretty rude. The nurses, X-ray people and check-out staff couldn't be nicer.
