Dr Jones is a excellent Doctor and surgeon. Having surgery recently on my wrist and hands was surprisingly pain free to regain the use of both fingers and hand. His office is easy to work with and all his medical people are friendly and caring. I would recommend Dr Jones without hesitation.

Spent time with me and examined by hand and arm to check for nerve damage. Was not in a hurry.

Absent, indifferent & uncaring! Horrible experience, stay away! Daughter fractured wrist & was advised to f/u w/Dr. Jones due to potential surgery as UB/MD ER doctor was unable to set bone in proper place. NEVER saw Dr. Jones, only PA, Frank, who said it looked good & ER doctor was "just being a perfectionist". Called office several times w/questions & to confirm Dr. had reviewed x-rays as hers did not compare in any way to a normal wrist x-ray. Very polite and explains everything. But me as an emergency on his schedule after talking to my orth surgeon with the week. Called me on the phone and talked to me.
Explains everything after surgery. He didn’t know where my pinched nerve was so he couldn’t tell much before. Also explained in detail to my husband.
