Egotistical and negative. No bedside manner. This is not the surgeon I would wish for anyone I loved.
Doesn't listen to anything you're saying. Never once looked at my in the eye, and got all his answers from what the majority needed, NOT ME. Avoid, he's useless.
I hate going to the doctor, but she actually got to see me more than my once a year visit. She is funny and attentive. I love that she is transparent and does not sugar coat. I have had all tests done, or scheduled, that I could think of to get since hitting 45. Even though I hate doctors visit I feel like a have become a frequent flyer!

My wife is an R.N. When I see a doctor, she comes with me. She uses her experience to gauge the proposed treatment of her most-favorite patient... me! We have an excellent feeling that Dr. Johnston knows his stuff. He actually convinced me to get a once-in-a-lifetime pneumonia shot. Took him 10 minutes to do it; I hate shots. However, I hate pneumonia worse. He could have taken my initial 'No' as an answer. Instead he gave me good reasons to change my mind. IMHO he has his patients' best interests in mind. I recommend him.

Dr. Wassef is very knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and caring. He listens to you. He has helped me so much with many different issues. During our first appointment, I cried all the way through - I was that miserable! Now, I am happy, well-adjusted and living a wonderful life all because of the help I received and accepted from Dr. W. Looking back, it has been an amazing nearly 30 years. Argued with us about my wife using a walker for her previous visit just 3 weeks prior. If he can't document someone going from walking to using a walker because of neurological issues. What else does he not document. Guess not being able to walk isn't neurological!
