I have been calling for the past 3 days and they don’t answer the phone . I’ve left my name and phone number so I can get a call back and haven’t gotten a call back. This place is so unprofessional.
Spoke to a lady by the name of Jody who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I declined to even make an appointment. Your receptionist is the face of your practice. As a nurse you would think professionalism is key. Obviously not in this particular practice. If you don't like your job, then don't work. Especially in patient care.
I've seen Dr Crowe for my left hand. He also did the surgery on my hand and I am so happy with how professional he is and caring. Is why I decided to contact him again for my pain in my knees. Much respect for him and thank God for him.
