Despite knowing (ahead of time) that there might be a physically uncomfortable time ahead, I still anticipate coming in for needed help. The courtesy,concern, friendliness, outreach by everyone makes Dr.Shawa's office a happy, welcoming office. No matter whether the employees do leave for various reasons,their replacements are of the same ilk. P.S. MY dentist even sings to me! :-)

This was my first visit to Dr. Shawa's office. My dental hygienist Lindsay was simply wonderful. She was sweet and had a great laugh! Dr. Shawa was very personable and had a fun energy to him. This might be the first dental visit of my 34 years that I walked out of a dentist appointment and thought, "That was really enjoyable!"
I received a great cleaning and an actual checkup by the doctor.
Dr. Shawa is a class act. He speaks to people using plain English.
