This was by far the best dental visit ever! First the cleaning was thorough and fantastic, I loved Mona :) Then came in Dr. Shawa (my first time meeting him) and his energy was so positive and joyful and he was very thorough as well. He really checked inside and out (neck, shoulders and head) for any hidden cancer dangers. He is so knowledgeable and funny it was such a pleasure. I will definitely stay with him as my dentist and take my kids as well. I would highly recommend them, the whole office was great!
Dr. Shawa and his team are very competent, efficient, and caring. If the dental problem requires a specialist’s attention, Dr. Shawa goes out of his way to talk to the specialist about your concern, and gives the referral promptly .
I moved to Reno last Saturday, and my mouth started aching on Sunday from something I had eaten. By Monday it was a tolerable toothache; by Tuesday it was intolerable. Thankfully, a friend referred me to Dr. Shawa, and I was grateful that I could see him early the next morning. As soon as he saw me, he knew I had an abscess and expressed compassion.
