All the staff the doctor are great people.
Very collaborative environment among the employees. This really helps on passing down information among the employees to ensure the best quality service can be provided to the patient. Also, I like how the scheduling system is accessible throughout the workplace so that everyone is on the same page.
Dr. Shawa's office - his staff, hygienists and of course Dr. Shawa always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I don't ever feel like a number nor do I feel like the most important thing is $$. It's a little reminder of how things used to be before everything became a conglomerate. I am grateful for this and would highly recommend them based on their skills and the experience!
Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. They are so pleasant and patient with my kids as well. Dr. Shawa is such a great dentist. Appreciate the service and gentle touch.
I Love Dr. Shawa and his staff. Dr. Shawa really cares about his Patients. Dr. Shawa does not take a break he works on his Patients all day. I have never seen such a dedicated,caring Dentist such Dr. Shawa.
New patient walk in with a chipped tooth. I realize there was a cancellation but to be see right away, full cleaning, checkup, x-rays and filling tooth repair in 2 hrs was amazing. Dr Shawa has a great 'chairside manner' and it reflects in all the staff as well. "hey do you want to watch" as he hands me a mirror. Really cool. Found 2 cavities and I made no hesitation to schedule additional appointments to get them fixed.
Great experience for a first time patient. Pleasant and professional staff. Dr. Shawa was very comforting and caring.
I left an "assembly line" dental practice several months ago in search of a more personable practice and I have found it. I am 100% pleased and satisfied - every aspect is too my liking.
Other then the confusion of my first scheduled appointment time, everything else was great. The staff are all super friendly and Dr. Shawa was very hands on, honest, and definitely made me feel at ease. The front desk ladies are wonderful when it comes to breaking down the treatment plan with insurance coverage and patient fees which makes it easier to plan ahead.
