I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Koen. He was very rude and argumentative on my first appointment and I will be seeking a different doctor. I know that specialists in this field can have a total God complex, but one thing this man needs to learn is compassion, a bedside manner, and manners. The only ways that we can voice our support is through the internet, and whome we chose to let operate on us. My leaving his practice won't make a dent in his earnings, but I hope it does
