Doctor Kim is not your typical surgeon. He has a heart and a head. He is caring and a wonderful human. I highly recommend him

Fantastic Surgeon and great staff. Superb bedside manner - you can tell he really cares about you! I had a back issue for the last couple of years and Dr. Kim was great through the process. PT worked for awhile but then my disc went and surgery was required. Got me in fast and did a very thorough job of educating us throughout the process. Had surgery first thing in the AM and walked out that afternoon feeling much relieved. Post-op recovery/PT was 12 weeks and I have a new life. Thanks!
I loved Dr. Kim. Diagnosed my condition using MRI and gave me his opinion on what my options were for short and long term. I’m going with his recommendations for an epidural block and praying it will do the trick and that I won’t need surgery. Everyone from the front desk, the nurses and Dr Joseph Kim were on the ball and treated me as if I were the only person they they were helping. I now have a practice that can take care of all my ortho needs. As a senior citizen I have a lot of ortho needs.
I appreciated his conservative approach after reviewing my medical history and age; also his honesty regarding outcome of the various suggested options of medical procedures.
Dr. Kim is very welcoming and has a great deal of patience.
I have seen Dr. Kim twice now. He is very pleasant and professional. I do like that he recommended physical therapy for my neck, before considering a revision of a previous cervical surgery that didn't fuse. I feel like I can trust him. I've had two cervical spine surgeries already and am not ready to consider a revision yet. I moved here from SoCal so it is important that I find a spinal surgeon that I can trust. So far I like him.
Listens well and very attentive to needs. I was especially impressed when he shook hands with my son who had to come with me who has special needs. Showed such respect, thanks Dr Kim
Dr. Kim is a phenomenal surgeon. I would not trust anyone else with my spine. I have had three successful cervical spine surgeries with him. He genuinely cares for his patients and I am blessed to have found him. I highly recommend him.
