Wasted almost a year repeating expensive tests that had just been done. Was told I had to go through physical therapy (for an unrelated issue) before he would perform my surgery. Involved another surgeon that ordered the SAME tests to be done again. Then office staff called and told me an absolute lie; that Medicare would not cover my surgery, so he could not do it. I was her patiente for maiby 7 years and always the waiting time is too longer and when he came to room for see you ., he take no more that 3 minutes for stay with you and ask question about your health. Now he move from Chattanooga to Gunbarrel Rd far and today I have my appoint at 9.15 but I were there at 8:55 am Nobody was in the recepcion for Md Portere (is supposed to be Stacy) another person in recepcion said wait wile somebody call you.
