They don't really care about patients
Not real happy with the Hamot institution at all. They might just as well state up front they could care less about you . I've since left and am much happier. I don't feel gaslighted anymore.
My family has used Dr Carvelli for years and we have never had a bad experience as we have had recently.. I don’t know if it’s the Dr or staff or both but they need to get it together. I am an office manger and if my office ran this poorly I would be fired ..No one should be told they will get a call back and be kept waiting on meds that are needed and then the patient has to call back several times without any response or resolution…. You outta be ashamed PERIOD!!!
