Dr. Tissera is an incompetent doctor who is a danger to his patients. My mother was in early labor when she was treated by Dr. Tissera at INOVA hospital. He broke her water without her consent. After she delivered my brother Dr. Tisssera failed to thoroughly check her placenta to make sure it was intact. This led to postpartum haemorrhaging.
