In October 2023 I had an appointment with Dr Torres. Together we decided to do some labs. All covered by insurance if correct code and diagnosis match per my insurance. I have called and emailed countless times after receiving the full amount of the bill for labs with our insurance stating the codes were not the correct codes to match the diagnosis and correct CPT for our insurance. The office staff has done nothing to help. Will not return email or phone calls. My labs are now in collections after dealing with this mess for... read more
