I am coming to dr Valigomez for years Jasmin the manager she is the best caring loving and beautiful lady dr Valigomez is ok doctor he need to research for better staff to answer phones and calling back the patients Jasmin canny do everything also you need to appreciate the staff and doctor with nice present
I was not fond of my prior PCP, and spent a lot of time trying to find one close to home that would be a good match. I'm happy I found Dr. V...he and his team are all great.
BASIC. . . .if you get tests done they don't call you back with results. They basically forget about you. If you need to see a specialist for dire situation then you will probably have to wait three weeks for an appointment for referral. Never on time for your appointment. Basically the same thing with any doctor that accepts Medi-Cal. They don't care.
It is incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment as I have tried calling multiple times a day for about a week and a half and have left voicemails describing a tight feeling chest pain. I have not heard back about this. If this doesnt deserve a call back are you really doing all you can?
I feel that Dr. Villagomez is a great Doctor and takes his time with his patients.
He takes the time to explain to me why he prescribes my meds and the importance of me taking them according to directions. Making sure I do what I can to keep my BP under control. I can’t leave out my nurse she is awesome.

If you are looking for a doctor come with Jose Villagomez he is a excellent doctor. When I came don't wait like you wait in other places and the office staff are very friendly and helpful..
