Dr Acevedo has been fantastic right from day one. I’m completely grateful that he was able to put me back together. The best
I was prescribed an ankle brace (DME) by doc. Their third party billing filed the claim incorrectly. It was denied. I am fully insured. The claim should have been paid. I reached out to the doc and billing and can't get a straight answer. And my requests to speak to manager have been ignored. There are lots of good orthopods in the region. Find one that has a decent billing dept.
Professional , respectable and voice tone the best nothing more needs to be said.
Besides being a snazzy dresser, Dr Acevedo is a very good doctor. He shoots from the hip and speaks in a direct, straight forward manner. If you’re looking for the warmth and feel good fuzziness of the Easter bunny, he’s not far you, but if you want someone who will be straightforward and direct, he’s the one. One bit of advice: have your questions ready when he walks into the room because otherwise he will be on his way before you can remember what you needed to ask. When I visit a doctor for treatment, I expect them to exhibit knowledge, professionalism, an understanding, of you ailment and suggest a course of treatment. Dr Acevedo didn't disappoint.
My final follow up for my bunion surgery. I still have zero pain, tried the recommended shoes and am tickled how well I have healed. Post surgery, I have no restrictions and am thrilled.
Dr. Acevedo is always very attentive and thorough.
Dr. Acevedo was honest, specific, knowledgable, a good listener, and has very good bedside manner. The Dr. explained my ankle condition. It was easy to understand his explanation. The Dr. provided treatment and gave me recommendations for better foot health and care.
Very knowledgeable caring Doctor. I would definitely recommend!
