He was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my foot. He gave me a plan to improve my condition so that my foot would heal.
He listened and was very caring.
I thought Dr. Acevedo was very understanding of my problem and acted very professionally to me. My impression of Southeast Orthopedics was quite good and I would use them again if the need arose.
He treats me very carefully and explains all the treatment to me.
Quick, efficient and compassionate
At first it seemed that Dr. Acevedo was knowledgeable. My visits were alternated with visits with the PA, who DID take time to listen. Then I would see Dr. Acevedo again and recommendations would change. He wrote me a script at one location for pre-made foot orthotics, which were painful. Next appointment he questioned why I went to Foot Solutions like it was MY fault that's where his staff told me to go there and that's how he wrote the script. Very comforting that my appointment was professional and timely.
I plan on calling the office with my questions. I have never seen Dr Acevedo this rushed before. He didn’t review my xrays , immediately suggested surgery and had very little time for questions! He was running behind but he is usually more helpful. He has bern conservative over the past 8 years with my midfoot arthritis perhaps it’s finally bad enough with the huge bone spur, a large cyst & a bunionette.
