I have never been to a professional provider other than this office, which was rude. It started with my insurance card; we don’t accept United Healthcare AARP. According to my benefit plan, this doctor is on the network. Then, I had a letter from my orthopedic surgeon as I had knee surgery last May. I went in to maybe have a root canal . It took five minutes for him to tell me I don't need one because it's too bad and I should have it pulled. I received a bill today for $350. What a freaking scam. If you have a lot of cash Feel free to go there.
Very rude customer service. Never been to this dentist, but trying to get some information for my dad the lady was very rude on the phone!
I was nervous to have a root canal - always heard about the horror stories. Dr John Crawford was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing and no pain afterwards. I’ve had cleanings that were more uncomfortable. Highly recommend and his staff was very friendly!
Only doctor Crawford was good but the cashier overshadowed him with her horrible customer service. The cashier was rude to me during my second visit by not responding to me when I entered and said hello. So I repeated myself if she heard. Then without looking at my face, she said she would take me. I would expect to see some respect if I am paying $$. Plus, this office is pricey and never willing to negotiate. I will not recommend this place to my friends and also not visit again.
